Bueeeno... Me mandaron leer una adaptación de Vicens vives obligatorio para Lengua, pero no encontré esa edición en Goodreads, y escogí esta.
2,5/5, por que? si tiene una media tan alta? Se que es un clásico, y lo que yo leí una adaptación, pero aun así se me hizo muy pesado, muchas de las historias eran aburridas y no tenían sentido. Me costo bastante terminarlo, cada dia leía unas pocas historias.
Las mejores historias fueron, obviamente, la de Allí Baba y la de Aladin. Esas ya me entretuvieron algo mas, por que tenia muchísima curiosidad de saber como eran en realidad, por que la de Ali Baba es muy famosa y por que la película de Disney de Aladin me encanto cuando era pequeña. Esas fueron de las cosas que mas me gustaron. Otra cosa es, por ejemplo, la forma en la que se encadenan las historias. El final se me hizo bastante predecible.
Una lectura pesada, y tediosa, aunque con algunos puntos buenos.

The one that I have read is the Malay translated version. However surprisingly I really enjoyed reading it! The stories in it are full of values despite the unexpected storylines, which made you hooked. Everyone from every group of age would totally enjoy this book too I guess, it's so light but every page is such a turner that you can't stop reading it ❤️

I really enjoyed FINALLY reading this. Reading the actual stories that you’ve only heard about when you were younger (Aladdin, Ali Baba etc.) is really nice.
This edition has particularly beautiful illustrations but looking at the back of the book, the stories aren’t in order and there appears to be missing ones. I don’t know if the original didn’t include every single story or if this edition wanted to shorten it
