I just know every time I pick up a Teagan Hunter book I’m going to smile, because that’s what her writing does to you, it makes you smile, it makes you laugh and sometimes even blush.

This is the fourth book in the Roommate Romps series, and like the previous books, this is just a fun read. It has everything you need for a good romance.

I love how Teagan give this cocky alphahole a heart and I especially like his spunky aunt that puts him in his place over and over.

This is just a fun story, the perfect way to spend a Saturday!

This is the fourth book in the Roommate Romps series and it just might have become my favourite. Sutton & Holand were the epitome of enemies to lovers, academic rivals, second chance and workplace romance! While I liked all the other couples these two were something special. The burning tension brewing between them was so hot that I was unable to put the book down.

"I hate him. But more than that, I hate that even though Sutton Barnes broke my heart, I still want him."

Holland is Dean's little sister who still works as her father's assistant but now she's decided that she has had enough of the constant stress of working under her father and not getting the promotion that she deserves. To start afresh, she moves into Dean's apartment and finds herself a new job but imagine her surprise when she finds her longtime highschool rival and former flame Sutton Barnes, who left her without an explanation, working at the same place.

"She’s a firecracker, and anyone standing too close to her is bound to get burned by her sparks. I would know. I’ve been burned by them before."

Like Holland, Sutton was also fed up of his disfunctional family and wanted out of their shadows. One wrong move and Sutton is being thrown out of his family home by his father. Now he has to find a new job and a place to live to show his parents that he can survive without their money and isn't quite the spoilt child they thought he was.

“Fine. Anything else?” “Just that I hate you.” She smiles sweetly, though her words are anything but. “Feeling’s mutual.”

Sutton & Holland's families ran in the same circles and they were facing similar situations with their families, so they could understand each other pretty well. I have no complaints about the couple because I loved both of them but the plot wasn't explored much.
SpoilerFor example, the issue with Holland's dad was resolved too quickly, the matter about Holland's boyfriend cheating on her and Sutton & Holland's coworker stabbing them in the back by sending their private photos to their boss- these topics weren't explained in detail which disappointed me tbh.

I can’t believe we have reached the end of the roommate romps series! Tempt Thy Neighbor is the fourth and final installment of the series and Teagan Hunter doesn’t disappoint with this one. The story follows Holland (Dean’s sister from the first book, Loathe Thy Neighbor) and Sutton. Both have known each other for years but both cannot stand the other no matter the chemistry that was in the past nor the steam that runs rampant with every sordid stare. When Holland quits her job working with her toxic boss/father; she takes a job at a marketing firm not knowing that her former lover turned enemy will soon be her new coworker. Enter Sutton.

Ya’ll when I tell you I binge read this one, I am telling you I could not for the life of me put it down! I absolutely adored Sutton and Hollands story! I know I say this all the time with this series, but I honestly think that this story just took the cake as my favorite. I loved the back and forth heat and wit from not only Holland and Sutton but also from them to our side characters. Everything felt natural and just down right honest.

The chemistry between these two rivals was nothing short of steamy and electrifying; this combined with Teagans signature comedic lines and strings of romance makes this one an instant re-read book for me. I am honestly going to miss these characters immensely, but I can’t wait to see what Teagan has up her sleeve next!

What a way to finish the series!! I loved Sutton and Holland! This was a great enemies to lovers/second chance romance! If you like a lot of fun sarcastic banter between the main characters you will love this book! I got sucked into this book from the very beginning and couldn’t put it down! It was a one sit read for me! This is a true standalone in the series. You won’t feel like you are missing anything by reading the books out of order! There was no long drawn out unnecessary drama to slow the book down! I didn’t want this book to end!! I absolutely recommend this and the other books in the series!!!

Received a arc for a honest review.

This was an enjoyable read but not a tremendous one. I sort of believe it would have deserved being longer with a bit more tension.
However I really liked both characters.
Holland is a brilliant young woman. Sutton is arrogant but charming. They’re cute and fun together. Good book.

3.5 It's not the strongest of the series but I kind of enjoyed it. Props to the audiobook performers tho. ♥

This was another fun, fast and super-steamy second-chance/enemies-to-lovers romance by Teagan Hunter! It was a little hard to buy into the romance at the very beginning with how vehemently Holland hated on Sutton and with how he came across as pretty douchey. These two did grow on me the further I read though!

I liked that they came from similar backgrounds with overbearing (and actually quite awful) parents who cared more about money and social status than they did their children. I found it interesting that Sutton was the more vulnerable in the relationship thanks to his awful parents and his lack of a supportive network. While that doesn't excuse his douchebro-ness at the beginning of the story, I loved seeing his demeanour change to become more caring and sweet as he got more comfortable with Holland. Holland is a smart go-getter and though I'd probably not get along with someone so competitive IRL, I did admire how hard she worked to get what she wanted and where she wanted to be! These two had some pretty sizzling chemistry and holy wow, that sexual tension.... Hunter really did the steamy in this one!

Awww... So I have been wanting something light, and fun, and fantastic and this was exactly what I needed.
Holland ends up in town with her brother Dean, needing a new place, and a new job. But what she doesn't expect is to run into Sutton. The guy she competed against in high school that ended up to be more- until it wasn't. Now, they are coworker and roommates thanks to a bet and a little competition between old rivals. There is no way that Holland would fall for his charm again... Not with so much on the line.
Seriously, I loved this book!
It was cute, light, fun, and funny. Enemies to lovers second chance roommate romance? Sign me up! I loved Holland & Sutton & their story rounding out this series, and didn't want it to end. I definitely enjoyed it. 5⭐ out of 5⭐.
