A fun, clever novel about assassins who really should retire....

Fun and unique, good humor and plot twists. Some of the twists definitely could've been twister, but overall enjoyable. I did find the ending to be wrapped up a little too neatly and I wanted more

Really enjoyed this fast-paced action mystery-thriller. If you liked the movie RED (Retired Extremely Dangerous) with Bruce Willis and Helen Mirren, you’ll probably enjoy this one about a quad of 60-something old school gals who are ready to close their career chapter of their secret assassin lives and get one helluva “final assignment”

In spirit of yes, no, maybe… this book is a maybe. It is a fun assassin story & a story of friendship. The author most definitely did a great job of doing their homework/research for this book; however, in my opinion, they may have tried too hard at times to be funny & it came off at cringe & some jokes did not land. BUT for the most part it was good & funny. This is definitely a palate cleanser book & a fun read! The audiobook was also a great add to the experience.
