So despite Emerald being so hands-off about being close to pokemon, it was a bit weak on the reasoning WHY. Course it says something about the cruelty of people towards those with any perceived defect but as it shows, that damages somebody's psyche.
...
How did Red & Yellow's Pikachus learn volt tackle? The bangles for the fire, water, and grass ultimate moves were nifty, more elegant ways to TM, but Volt Tackle is an egg move soooo HOW?!
