Absolutely despise the MMCs. Pretty much disliked them from the very beginning but it just kept getting so much worse. Please tell me the next book is just Raven living her best life after she absolutely beats the shit out of them. Even better: kill them. Murder them. Please. It’s more than they deserve. I get morally grey but these guys have no redeeming qualities whatsoever. I might continue the series if they turn out to be the villains at the end because they’re really not that far off.

Also everyone that should be dead turns out to not be dead and it is so obvious from the beginning. The people that were supposed to be dead are never actually seen dead or killed. Then the sister that was turning into a monster stays in the hands of the enemy and then years later there is a leader of the monsters? WhO eVeR cOuLd ThAt bE?
I liked the book until the guys became part of it. The FMC just got horny and gaslit into tomorrow and everything went downhill. I absolutely love when the mmc does something horrible and the fmc RIGHTFULLY does not forgive him. But if I read one more time about the mmc just forcing sex (or spanking and kissing in this case) and basically distracting and gaslighting her into forgiving him, I will throw the book and myself into the ocean. LET YOUR FMC BE FUCKING MAD AND STOP “RESOLVING” ARGUMENTS THROUGH RELUCTANT SEX. There are more emotions besides horny oh my god.
In this book specifically she tells them not to touch her (and she full on rejects them for the rest of their lives but hey why listen to the woman at all) because they lied and gaslit and betrayed her etc. and they just ignore her while she’s saying it? The audacity and arrogance these men have is absolutely horrendous.
Please write enjoyable characters. You can hate villains but still enjoy them because they’re so good at being evil. But these men are just horrible and not enjoyable at all. I want to see their asses getting smacked SO BAD.
