Yes, this exists.
Much more than "just" an alphabet book, this is quite the detailed introduction to the RCMP and their customs. Lovely illustrations.
Things I learned:
The RCMP has its own tartan
The anti-drug program asks kids to "say neigh to drugs" (you know, like a horse might.)
Charles Dickens' son was a North-West Mounted Policeman
