I really liked this short story! It was a good introduction to the characters and was a fun, fast paced story. I requested These Witches Don’t Burn from my local library and now I’m looking forward to diving into it even more! ✨

Nice to see what actually happened after the countless mentions of this trip throughout the first book but i was expecting something more exciting and terrifying, and generally it didn’t get me much invested.

this is the prequel to these witches don’t burn so we obvs already know what happened in that book so it was slightly repetitive but did full in the gaps about what happened before the first book
