I honestly thought that this was pretty good! It did a great job of dropping me into the world even though I had only read the 5th book (it worked great as a standalone, but I can see where someone who read the whole series would enjoy the little nods to other books). I also think that it was a breath of fresh air in the very white-centric romance novels that are similar to this. The couple was adorable and believable, so overall I really enjoyed this!

Lena & Sergio

Rated 1-5 stars w/ 5 being the best

Overall: 4.5 Stars
Performance: 4 Stars
Story: 5 Stars

Another thoroughly enjoy listen! I loved that the action started right away with Lena dealing with her inner beast that definitely wanted out. Of course, our hero, Sergio, is there to lend a hand. I liked their interactions throughout the story as well. As usual, I enjoyed the side characters, especially Ariana and Dante.

A Delightful Listen

I am loving this new series by Ms. Lowe. It's fun with lots of humor and suspense. Can't forget to mention it takes place in Paris, beautiful Paris. What more can we want with a sweet romance story.

Ms. Osborne did a lovely job with the narration.

I enjoyed the story. While it mostly follows the pattern of the previous series, there were a couple of twists that surprised and please me. It kept the story fresh and engaging.

Natalie is a sweet yet feisty heroine with a heart for the downtrodden and no room for snobbery. Tristan is practically perfect in every way. He's strong, handsome, fearless, and noble. He's also determined to protect Natalie and make sure she has the final say in her life.

I loved the secondary characters in the guardians group, especially Clara and Hugo. They are so sweet and adorable. I also enjoyed Liam, the lion shifter. In many ways he reminded me of Del from the "Aloha Shifters: Pearls of Desire" series. There is obviously a backstory with him which I can't wait to learn about in the next story.

Fabulous Story! ❤️❤️❤️

Once again, I'm in love with the story created by Ms. Lowe. It has love, danger, dragon shifters, and Scotland. What else is needed? Lachlan and Holly were a lovely match. I enjoyed how they reconnected after being separated for so long. I love how Trevor's last request was integral to their reconnecting, not just in location, but in their hearts. Their love for him and his love for them was beautiful.

Narration was on point as usual.

Lena Castamolino has recently moved to Rome but every full moon her body tries to turn into a wild animal. She knows she needs help but doesn’t know who to turn to. Sergio Monserratti was banished from Rome because of his crime family. The Guardians only allow him to return to go undercover as a bodyguard to a criminal wolf shifter. After he meets Lena though he can’t stop thinking about her and will do anything to protect her.

I enjoyed this adventure through Rome. Lena and Sergio were a great couple and had great chemistry. Lena was a strong, caring, and determined woman. I wish I had the strength to move across the world and start over. Sergio is a well dressed wolf, who is very protective. Together these two fight to bring down a criminal wolf and stop the enemy dragons from invading Rome.

I really can’t wait to read the next book. I want to know more about Marco and see him find some love.

Gemma Archer is determined to change the world one rally at a time. Unfortunately, there is a creepy stalker after her who she can’t seem to get away from. When Liam Bennett steps in to save her she realizes there is more to the world than she thought. While fighting enemy dragons, dealing with past deceptions, and finding out she is a Fire Maiden, Gemma falls in love with Liam. But will it last?

I really loved Gemma. She was smart, strong, and wasn’t afraid to wield a sword. She was everything I love seeing in a heroine. Liam was strong, caring, and protective. I love these two together and was so glad Liam got his HEA. Also, I really love the side characters in this book. Sergio, Garrett and her father were great characters and I really want to see more of them in the future.

Natalie Brewer has recently moved to Paris to live her dream. Unfortunately things don’t go as planned when she realizes vampires are real, and they are after her for some reason. She is rescued by dragon shifter Tristan Chevalier, who has been hired by the Guardians of Paris to keep an eye on the vampires. Before she realizes it, she is swept up in a new world filled with supernaturals and realizing that she isn’t as normal as she thought she was.

This was a great start for a new series. I was captivated by the world, the characters and the romance building between them. I really liked Natalie. She was Kind, determined, and courageous. After a bad break up she realizes she needs to stop letting things get in the way of her dream to live in Paris and just go and do it. I really love this and wish I could channel this in my own life because sometimes I feel like I let stupid things hold me back from doing what I want. I loved seeing the progression of her strength and determination, especially for doing what she felt was right.

Tristan was the strong, silent, and emotionally scarred hero. He had a rough upbringing and believes he isn’t worthy of a mate, especially one who is the Fire Maiden. He is stubborn throughout most of the book in denying his feelings for Natalie, and she won’t let him ignore it. Together these two are the perfect couple to bring peace to Paris.

I can’t wait to read the next book and see what is going on with Liam. I really want him to have a HEA and mate because he deserves it.
