This was a very intense book. I really was emotionally involved in the lives of the characters. This book caused me to reflect, tear up, become angry, rejoice, and so many more emotions. I think this is one of my favorite Francine Rivers Books so far. There are some trigger warnings so just go in knowing that. I listened to this book on audio.
