Dopo un anno circa dalla lettura della trilogia di Splintered mi sono convinta a leggere anche questo spin-off. Sono contenta di averlo fatto. Ritornare nel Paese delle Meraviglie è stato stupendo, rileggere di Alyssa, Jeb e Morpheus mi ha fatto quasi commuovere. Mi erano mancati.
Do quattro stelle perché nonostante sia stato un bel viaggio, mi aspettavo un po' di più. Molte cose di cui avrei voluto leggere non vengono nemmeno menzionate e ciò un pochino mi è dispiaciuto. Ma non do di meno perché Howard è una delle mie scrittrici preferite e non posso tradirla.

A year after the reading of the Splintered trilogy I convinced myself to read this spin-off too. I'm glad I did. Coming back to Wonderland was amazing, rereading about Alyssa, Jeb and Morpheus made me emotional. I had missed them.
I give four stars because even though it was a good ride, I expected a bit more. Things I wanted to read about aren't even mentioned and I was a bit disappointed. But I don't rate it less because Howard is one of my favourite writers and I can't betray her.

This was a nice little insight to the Splintered series.
Where I didn't really like the last book, I liked this better. Made me understand the choices Alyssa made in the 3rd book a tiny bit better. And I do love Morpheus and any story he's in really

Review based on what I remember when I read this in 2022.
That was a little short story collection after the main storyline. I thought this was cute, I loved seeing a bit of everyone's point of view after everything that happened in the last three books. I loved Alyssa's short story about her wedding and how she lived out the rest of her life, a very satisfying ending to the whole story you don't usually in a series. I'm not entirely fond of the choice made to make Alyssa 16 when she returned to Wonderland and keep her that age even when she was going to have a baby. Even if she was mentally mature, it's a little weird having her physically underaged. Other than that, I did love exploring both romances between Alyssa and Jeb and then later with Morpheus, giving us the best of both worlds instead of choosing one or the other. I think that this in particular could have been a neater plot but it works well for the short stories.

Wow. Just wow. I really thought I was emotionally ready for this... but really I sobbed through the whole thing. Fantastic conclusion to the A.G. Howard Wonderland world.

It was such a sweet and loving way to end a series and to say goodbye to the characters that we have come to love.

Loved it! Although it took me forever to read, I still adore everything about this series! These novellas are an amazing addition to an amazing series.

Holy crap. This ripped me apart, but thank goodness it put me back together again. I thought for sure I was going to need 37 comedies before I could move on from the tears I had around the 3/4 mark. ♡
