Sibby and get henchmen were amazing. The twist at the end was just awesome. I had already known somewhat what it was even before reading the book, but I was still shocked reading about it and kind of disappointed because with how hot the scenes were between Sibel and her men I really didn't want the twist to be real.

I also loved the meeting between Zade and Sibby. I can't wait to start the connecting duet to this book and read more about Zade and to see more of Sibby even just for a little bit. Reading this book only makes me more excited to read haunting and hunting Adeline than I already was.

I honestly wasn't sure if I'd like this book or not but it was absolutely amazing. Yeah it was quite graphic and can be very difficult to read some parts of it but I absolutely loved it.

Definitely a 5 star read for sure and I'd highly recommend it to those who are able to stomach and withstand the graphic content. Definitely recommend checking the trigger/content warnings.

This book was pretty good! to be honest, I didn't know what this book was going to fully be about when I started it and I was... shocked, to say the least. This book was decently gory, but the graphic descriptions of death during these sexual scenes made me very uncomfortable at times. I will admit, the ending twist was incredibly interesting, it made me want to reread it to spot clues that could have pointed us to what happened in the end. But altogether, it was a fun read, a great intro to a hopefully amazing series, but because of the uncomfortable scenes, I probably won't read it again soon.

This book should be read between the Haunting and Hunting books. Sibel’s story. It’s really cool to hear things from her perspective.

That’s my bestie and she did nothing wrong.
Anyways this was a good time, I only read it because it’s suggested you do before you read hunting Adeline, but I feel like you don’t? I don’t know I didn’t read it yet. I really enjoyed the ending of this. But this is dark so if you don’t like dark romance don’t read this(it’s not much of a romance though). I felt so bad for the main character and what she went through. I do wish we got to see more of her and her henchmen though.
