A retelling I didn’t know I wanted, but here I am devouring it in under 24 hours.

The plot was followed well enough to be suitable to be called a retelling, there was some delightful smut and I never dislike an RH.

Perfect for anyone wanting a quick, enjoyable read.

I really only picked this up cuz it was somewhere on my Kindle recommendations. And as a fan of POTO, both book and musical I was interested.

It felt very cringe from the beginning. I was hoping for more plot but that was sorta barely there. The smut reverse harem was so cringe and uncomfortable. Especially with how unbelievably naive Christine was made out to be. Like how could she go from learning where her own stuff is and how to pleasure herself to suddenly being decent at jerking off a guy? And in general I felt uncomfortable with a lot of the scenes anyway.

A lot of the wording could've been changed. As a whole I feel this should've been polished up more before being put out there.

Also, what was with the weird thing of Erik (the phantom) being half dragon that could shift? I really felt that wasn't necessary. Or we could've had a whole story that was better polished for that kind of thing.

I'll leave it here cuz I don't wanna rant to much.
