I loved this one. So much.
The found family, and community love. The way everyone helped Silas finally come to terms with deep loss... so good. One of my faves in the series.

Yassss Queen! Dara is a spunky diva and I am all about that. I love strong, feminine female leads. Dara is the epitome of what I strive to be, I'm far from it but hey, Dara is goals!

I love that this novel was culturally inclusive and diverse. Heck, Dara doesn't even know her full ethnicity, but who cares? One of the quotes in the book that I loved was about how what is on the inside is what matters, not how you look on the outside. I can't remember the exact quote, I should have written it down, but once you read it you'll know what I'm talking about.

felt like the whole book was full of twists and turns. I mean from the get go we get a plot twist. It doesn't start out all cute and sappy. It is relatable with real life obstacles or histories that a couples may have to overcome together. It is truly a ride. I will say though that I found myself rooting for Dara and Silas from the very beginning.

I also want to point out that Silas addresses his fears and his deepest, darkest ghosts. He gets help for his PTSD, and that's okay. She wonderfully put into text what someone goes through when they go through something like what happened to Silas. I think the author did an amazing job of summarizing therapy and how it truly can help you overcome your past.
I absolutely loved this Lotus House book and look forward to the next book in the series!

Intimate Intuition did not disappoint as the sixth book of the Lotus House series. I love this series and this book can truly be read as a stand alone or as a continuation of the series. I personally read Silent Sins as a stand alone and loved it so much I binge read the series to be ready for Intimate Intuition so you will understand relationships more by beginning with Resisting Roots it is not necessary at all.

This book is captivating and takes you through the emotional story of Silas and Dara who have both experienced loss and both want to protect themselves from more loss. With Dara you either get the down to earth meditation instructor who reads auras or a lady full of sass. She is a strong character who has experienced loss from being an orphan but doesn't dwell on it because her parents saved her from that life. Silas is an alpha male who is still hurting from the loss of his past. It still rules a lot of his fears of experiencing more loss which makes him naturally want to play it safe. Both of them felt drawn to each other from the time they met but both are scared to take the plunge to be with each other for different reasons. Dara is a meditation instructor which plays a major role in this book for both her and Silas. Silas treats Dara as a queen which makes this such a beautiful love story. This book was captivating from the very beginning to the last page. This book will take you on an emotional roller coaster that makes you feel the joy and pain of the characters in the book.

One thing I love about this series is all six stories have been six different stories not different characters and variations of the same story. Each book you open takes you on a new adventure in this circle of people that center around The Lotus House Yoga Studio.

I read this book as an Advanced Reader Copy

Wat zijn dit toch heerlijke boeken. Ik kan niet wachten om verder te gaan in deel 7, maar ergens wil ik niet verder, want dan zijn ze op....
Het voelt echt als een warm bad, dit boek.

As in typical Audrey Carlan fashion, this book takes you on an emotional roller coaster ride. I literally couldn't stop reading this book, so I used my Kindle to read to me while at work and in the car. Be prepared to laugh, cry, yell and hug those close to you. I LOVED Intimate Intuition!

I was really nervous to pick this book series up again after I tried to read the previous book and ended up quitting. Just wasn't mentally prepared for it. So I decided to wait a bit and skip to the next two when I felt I was ready. This was a great book to start back up with. It was touching and sweet. Still as sexy as the others. I really glad to see Moe, Clay and Atlas again too.

I love this series, however, this book was my least favorite so far. Silas McKnight and Dara Jackson spend one night together. Dara believes that Silas is married. When she learns she's pregnant, she knows she must tell him but wants to wait to figure out how to tell him. Silas has a tragic past and lost everything that he loved. For three years all he has had was work. He has not moved on and is not really living. He goes to Lotus House for a meditation class and ends up seeing Dara again. She cuts him down. He wants to explain that what she believes is not true. After some difficult times, they are able to work things out. I thought the basis of the story was good. The author captured Silas heartbreak and inability to move on well. I found that I did not like the dialogue between characters as much as in previous books in the series.
