Fantastic 4.5 * read!
This book was so freaking good and I loved every minute of it, although I wasn't too sure about it being in 3rd person to start with but as the story unfolded I got totally caught up in the adventure I stopped noticing and was taken for a ride.
Piper such a total badass and exactly how I love my heroine she is being summoned back to California by the MC club she left behind years before.
Enter the lumberjack,the sexy beast of a man is given the task to retrieve the ever elusive Piper and sets out on what he thought would be simple retrieve the girl and return mission but he definitely got more than he bargained for.
This is definitely a ride or die story the secrets we uncover along the way were so not what I was expecting and the relationship these two build is great to view.
Such a different book than what we usually get from Terrie but by no means let it put you off your in for a treat with this and I can't wait to see where Terrie takes us next as readers.

This is the first book that I read by Terri E. Layne I have to say I was pleasently surprise. This book has everything action, drama, suspense and the sex scene between Piper and Eric (Ender) are HOT.
I would love to see this book turn into a series, and watch Taylor fall hard for a woman and take a little bit of his own medicine.
