Some of the definitions are outdated and feel a bit icky (especially the ones about body parts or sexual stuff). But I read it one page a day with a group of people which made it fun.

This was way more clever in the 90s than it is on a re-read 30 years on. One of those you had to be there books. I throroughly enjoyed it back then, ben it did not stand the test of time and on reflection nothing from it made any lasting impact.

They let Douglas Adams write a dictionary of words that should exist. It's exactly as good as that premise implies.

this was amazing - you just need to know how to call these things or situations
though I did not like those gay related or girls-wh0res related because they were outrageous - that is the one star down
