As a huge Parks & Rec fan, I expected to be entertained by this book, mainly going into it for Retta’s Parks intel. I did NOT expect to enjoy this entire book so thoroughly. From hilarious musings about Twitter, Hamilton, and becoming a hockey fan, to heartwarming Parks recollections, to honest reflections about body image, boundaries, and more, Retta imbues this book with so much heart and joy. I was laughing out loud at the audiobook (which I’m convinced is the only way to consume this book because RETTA NARRATES IT) and took down several quotes that really resonated. Would HIGHLY recommend this book
