Ember Gods is second book in Kilenya Chronicles.
The story pick up, right where Forsaken prince ended. Jacob is back home, mother and sister safe, and father very injured. He is determined to save Aloren, but most wait until Fat Lady can finish her potions. He is frustrated and felling helpless. So once he and his brother tried to save her alone, but are stopped by Ember Gods and barely escape.
The universe of Kilenya is expanding and I love discovering more and more about that world.
I like this one a bit more than the first one. There is even more action, secrets slowly revealing and promise of more.
And I have to say, I'm really happy that Jacob thought of Matt situation, cause it's bothering me since the first book. :) Hope there will be explanation in the next one.
