"Big Bad" offers an intriguing conclusion to the Creature Feature collection.
The story, centered on a werewolf, follows traditional horror werewolf rules and delivers plenty of gore and tension. The narrative also delves into the complexities of a disintegrating marriage, weaving together mundane and supernatural issues.
While the werewolf elements are particularly captivating, the thorough character development and foreshadowing contribute significantly to the story's impact. The inclusion of normal wolves alongside werewolves is a commendable choice, adding depth to the narrative.
Although "Big Bad" falls short in fully exploring some plot lines and aspects which prevented the story from fulfilling its full potential, it remains a compelling and page-turning read.
