3.5. I heard Jay Shetty talk about this book on a podcast and figured I would give it a read. There were lots of good points and meditations throughout, which I enjoyed. I’m just not a huge self help girlie!

I went in not expecting much as most books on tips for love or romance are either sexist or to be honest very generic advice. So I was pleasantly surprised by how much this book gave alot of good solid advice for not just romantic love, but love in general. I really liked also how the book emphasizes love in a romantic manner, but also in friendship and in your community and giving back to others. I will def want to buy an actual copy after checking it out from my library just to highlight all my fave bits of advice.
