Did not think I would care much for this, but I find it intriguing. So intriguing I'm going to read the next book in the series, and maybe the next and the next after that.....

This is definitely what I was looking for. Picking up a random book from the school Library, I found my one of my favorite series. A licensed lawyer, a former private investigator and now investigating non-profit organizations to decide whether to approve or deny the grant they requested from the J.O.S.H.U.A Foundation.

A very interesting book with a very surprising twist on every chapter, "A Penny for Your Thoughts" is definitely a page-turner. Clark, with a fast-paced plot, just gives me the thrill and enthusiasm to continue on reading, I couldn't take my hands off it! mehehe :D

For those who loves detective stuff with so many twists, mixed with complicated relationships, and the rare appreciation of God's grace The ,Million Dollar Mysteries Series is definitely to-read. Good Job!

I absolutely loved Clark’s series that starts with The Trouble with Tulip. By far, I wasn’t as in love with this book. Perhaps it was the lack of any real romantic storyline. In this series, Callie is a young, widowed investigator who works for a mysterious millionaire wishing to endow needy non-profits. She gets stuck investigating a murder when the gentleman who was getting the check instead ends up getting killed. I might go further in the series, but I’m thinking I’ve already guessed the twist … so we’ll see.
