 Spoilers Ahead: This book. Wow. Fantastic read, and I couldn’t put it down. It had everything I needed for a book to be amazing: the pace flower, characters had flaws and were realistic and definitely likeable, and I was just hooked throughout. I’m not going to lie, I knew there was a plot twist coming, and I had my money set on it being Baz, but with all the suspects I felt like I couldn’t trust any of them. A thoroughly enjoyable read, I must say, and I like that there wasn’t any unrealistic or forced relationships.
Only thing I would say is that there is a focus on weight through-out, painting chubbier people in a bad light, and I don’t really think it’s necessary, but that’s just my personal opinion. And obviously, I wish Sam and Kit had ended up together, but I also love the slow burn romance, and there might be a second novel for their relationship to blossom.

OK, so I love karen rose and have read everything she's written. Was excited to get my hands on this new release.

As always, the thriller side to the plot was well fleshed out and didn't guess who the baddie was, which I like.

This was different from other karen rose books in the ending was not what I expected. I was a little let down, I'm assuming there will be more in this series and the 2 leads will continue their journey. I won't be happy if she doesn't give them their happy ending eventually!
