Didn’t expect that ending. I am liking the twists and turns in here.

Not bad. I find Hero interesting, but Yorick? I am hoping the gags will stop soon enough for him to make up his mind about something.

and by finishing this volume i can finally say i have a new record 300 pages in the last 24 hours maybe even more since i don't exactly remember how many comics i read from x-men
anyhow i didn't see this coming Yorick's sister to turn out so villainous it didn't even cross my mind
and i am glad 355 is recovering and will surely play an important part in the next volume i hope anyway
and i knew since the Russian woman talked about space that there were men alive at space and the the last man on earth would still be valid really since they are not on earth.
looking forward to reading the 3rd volume tomorrow or something if i can squeeze enough time between my playing and watching movies and reading my arabic novel and all

Another quick read and I really like where the plot went in vol. 2. I still feel the same about Yorick, but will be pressing on.

The quest of Yorick the last man, Ampersand the capuchin, 355 the secret agent, and Dr Mann the genetic scientist continues in this second installment. The group heads west by train to find Dr. Mann's contingency lab where they can continue experiments to determine what caused the males-only holocaust.

On their way they encounter a highly-functional town of women, battle with the crazy but uncomfortably sympathetic Amazons (the leader of this group is particularly well written, as her anti-male rhetoric takes a lot of stuff I know and love from feminism and warps it into vengeful psychotic brainwashing crap), and the possibility of a second romance for Yorick.

The role of Yorick's sister in this story is only going to keep getting more poignant and amazing, I can already tell.

I love the story.

Also, the humor....is so organic. Yoricks character is so relatable and serves as a sort of glimpse into the world that was the late 90s, early 00s. I love it.

Im not surprised at the notoriety this series has gained.

Volume 2 is fuego! I just got volume three and im starting it this week!!!!!!
The current story development is awesome! The world building is amazing! and I hope this becomes a tv show! Like seriously.
