Just like the first book in this series I couldn’t put it down. This one was sadder in some ways though, but just as compelling. Kellie is now ten and unfortunately she will grow up even more in this book than the last one when she meets a male doctor in a mall….. but the ending of this book will make you feel better.

The young protagonist has had a surprising character development in this second installment.

I was never one on the zombie hype train and mostly I still feel that way. If anything, this is at least an interesting perspective to follow.
