I wanted to know Tatiana’s story after reading this authors What if story on Maria. Her story is even more tragic I think the Maria’s.
The questions I felt went unanswered after reading The Lost Daughter are now answered and the answers tuned out to be tragic. My heart broke for Tatiana the moment her story was revealed. As like with The Lost Daughter this was well written and researched. It was a story that while tragic I need to read in order to know what happened to Tatiana. Though I’m very sad that neither her or Maria ever got to know that the other did in fact survive.
While this and The Lost Daughter are both about a Romanov daughter and a little bit of tie-in to them they can both be read separately and are stand alone novels. I would be interested in further Romanov stories from Mrs. Paul. She does a fantastic job writing them.
