Dana Schwartz is very funny, and she's clearly a very talented writer. The 'Choose Your Own Adventure'-style of the book didn't really work for me; but I still enjoyed reading about her adventures.

The author dedicates several chapters to eating disorders she suffered from; and there are references to them throughout the book. If reading about EDs triggers you, I would not recommend this book.

I feel like the amount you will enjoy this is directly proportionate to the amount you are personally like Dana Schwartz. As a person who is not like Dana Schwartz at all, I spent a large chunk of the book going ??? why is she making these choices?
It's a good glimpse into her particular psyche, though I wish she'd dug a little deeper instead of just relating things as they happened, and I wish I had more insight into her professional life than her far less interesting romantic drama.
Also, the CYOA/personality quiz aspect is more of a thin veneer than an actual part of the book, which is a shame because that was my favorite part.
