This book was a bloody mess! The story was very familiar and pretty predictable. Despite that, it was a good horror story about cannibals and the carnage that entails. The first half of the book was all setup, but the second half of the book was full of gore. I would recommend this if a bloody cannibal story in a secluded cabin by the beach is for you.

This story had me hooked from the first page. I can't give it 5 stars because it was ultimately pretty disturbing, and I don't think I'll read it again (I pretty much reserve 5 star reviews for books I absolutely love that I'd read again.) The ending was pretty traumatic, but great because of that.
