Cute, funny, and a little spooky.
Not as compelling as I expected since Ito is totally wild with his works, but I couldn't put it down once I started.

unironically peak Junji Ito
There isn't much plot, just loosely connected events and the character arc of J-Kun becoming a cat person. I've been a lifelong cat person and how is Junji a better cat dad than me, I feel flexed on.
Anyways this is just fantastic, adorable and sweet with fantastic art and character design of both the cats and humans. The integration of little horror moments and Junji-Ito-isms is also wonderful. At the moment this is genuinely my favorite Junji Ito work.
