Listened to this as an audiobook, and it was an incredible story. It's a rough read, the amount of abuse is pretty high, so check the content warnings if you're worried. Recommended reading if you're going through a cult-reading phase.

I don’t read a ton of nonfiction but cults always fascinate me. I can’t help but feel for her throughout her challenging life and am glad she was able to get the help she needed to recover and share this beautiful story with us.
