Super fun, Ms. Raybourn does not disappoint. I am hoping for a sequel.

3.5! although i was slightly uninterested at parts, once we get to know the characters i found myself caring more and more about the plot. i loved how you get to see the ladies’ thought processes about how the plan is going to play out. i’ve heard of people DNF’ing very early in the story & i’d say if you make it to around 35-40% and you’re still not interested then it’s probably just not for you BUT don’t give up too too early

I wasn’t a huge fan at first. But this book grew on me and the combination of friendship and adventure was wonderful. It was a great light read with a surprise ending.

Fun, and entertaining quick read.

Something about 4 60ish women assassins that just grabs the attention. Most people don't want to get into it with an older self-assured woman. Imagine if they were highly trained killers to boot.

Story flashes back to recruitment, training and early missions also, which were interesting.

I loved this story of older women being badass. The only downside for me were the other characters seemed a bit flat.
