It started really good and even if I hadn't read the first volume, I was able to get in easily. The universe is interesting and original, but I find myself loose interest quickly because of the slow pace story evolution and the childish look of the illustrations. Definitely not for me, without being a bad comic book.

I enjoyed Dreaming a Revolution way more than the first part. The things I didn't like were there at first; selfish protagonist and over the place story. But the comic recognizes and challenges its protagonist. Sure, she is selfish and arrogant, but she wants to learn and change. And it worked so well because she is truly a complex character, not a character that believes that its perfect, but one that it's flawed. Tutu truly changes and grows, it was heartwarming to see. She is not caricatured, but a real character that has the space to feel awful, act terribly, decide to be different, make a change and be admired as a heroine.

The story is so bittersweet; the end is kinda sad, but also adorable, and the arc was closed.

I enjoyed this second part so much.

I liked this one slightly more than the first. It is a solid conclusion to the series.

If at all possible, have both volumes on hand to read at once. The story makes more sense that way. Much of this series is the reader going “what the heck is happening”, and picking up in volume 2 isn’t much better. But this volume flows much easier and you get an answer to all the questions from volume one. I can’t say much without giving the story away. What I can say, if you look behind the upfront story of a girl in a land of bunny spies, bird landlords, and robot kings, you will find a sad story, that almost gets glossed over. Speed read, and you’ll miss it. An interesting read for sure.

I loved this book. It's a great ending to such a heartwarming series, I'll miss these characters.
