I loved the first two in this series, while 3-5 were quite lacking. Much improvement here(:

Here I sit, in a basement classroom, 45 minutes before my class starts, wondering why Damen doesn’t exist in real life. I finished Alyson Noel’s final installment of The immortals series yesterday and I have to say it was FANTASTIC. Throughout the last two books I have been wondering what direction the story line would take, and it went in a completely different direction then I thought and it was amazing.
Damen and Ever are still trying to find a way to break the cure that impears their ability to touch each other, but more importantly what is making Summerland slowly fill with dirt and mud? This is the task Ever and Damen have to try and solve, even if it tears them apart. They struggle with destinies that seem to clash and emotions that implode with such force that you wonder if they will survive it all.
Everything unravels in this final book, and I am pleased the say that you are not left wondering what if? at the end. The conclusion was practical and also believable, which, for some series does not exist. I like I said in my previous post, I will miss Ever and Damen (especially Damen), I have spent the last 3 years following their journey, but I am happy that it has come to an end. At least we still have Reilly to cling to in her series :)

The whole series was amazing. The characters Ever and Damen are now my favorite. Honestly, one of the best novel series I've read after a long time and it was worth all the time.

I was absolutely thrilled with how this book ended. And so now I am kind of sad that it is over. <3

This was the last book of The Immortals series. I really liked the book. The events were different than in last books. I really liked the change. The ending was predictable though. But I would recommend the book/series. It was good!
