I absolutely love this book. Chopra really applies the Quantum worldview to the process of aging. His ideas and philosophy really changed the way I look at life and especially my health.

No es mi tipo de lectura, pero me gusto. Es una buena lectura para motivarte un poco mas acerca de lo que es la juventud y como no debemos descuidar nuestro cuerpo y mente al momento de crecer.

Recomendada.

After reading the first part you dont need to keep reading the book.

I was expecting some expansion on every subject, and after looking at the structure of the book, theory first and then some exercises, I thought I was going to get that, instead what I got was a title that was overly repeated thought out the chapter, no new information besides what you already get from the first part, the exercises where good for relaxation but no to getting the point of each chapter.

So this was just repeating the same things in different ways instead of going in depth to back up such claims. Im not opposed to the ideas on this book but I was expecting to really understand everything that went to get to these conclusions and I didnt get it.

*I've read other books by this author and I think he has gotten better with the year.

Some good stuff on living in the NOW and on having a “routine”

Seems to me that the secrets of living longer with more health pretty much parallel the "secrets of being happy".

Full of life changing ideas and facts. This one will stick with me, I hope.
