More essay than anything. The points made were good but not original and it didn't really change my perspective on anything. I understand where the author wanted me to go and I did but it didn't take much convincing to get me there. I'm not totally sure how I felt about this book actually.

Great insight into the Women’s Rights movement and the American reaction to Women in the 1950’s. These observations must have been especially powerful at the time. Great to read text that must have made a significance difference to people’s lives when it was written.
