I enjoyed this third book in the series. I love that the draikonas are fierce and independent. Seems like all the women in the sanctuary are fated. I would have liked to see the reunion of Duncan and Míorúilt. Aside from some unsanitary rutting practices involving the dragons tongue moving back and forth. I recommend this book.

Honestly there wasn't enough plot to keep me completely interested, it was mostly about the physical relationship. The relationship was honestly difficult because it had consent issues which tries to be put okay by it being part of Duncans nature. I felt there wasn't a lot of communication and Aurora essentially gave up everything to be with someone she initially came to kill.
The other books in the series had me hooked, this I won't be rereading sadly.

This is an enjoyable book, although unlike the others there wasn’t much interaction with previous characters. I wasn’t as keen on Aurora as sometimes she comes across as annoying rather than feisty. It’s a shame she didn’t keep her magical abilities as that could have made for some interesting plot twists. I liked Duncan’s character a lot but would have liked him to have met his long lost daughter - perhaps that’ll happen in the next book? Overall I thought this was good, but not as good as previous books.
