Flavia is a precocious 11 year old with an interest in chemistry and solving crimes.  She's a know-it-all from a once prosperous family that's fallen on hard time.

Camping book #4. Flavia got into more trouble in this one.

Another banger by Alan Bradley. Flavia solves yet another riveting mystery with her chemical wit. Dogger remains steadfast and dear to our hearts. We get some more insight into the characters that are Flavia's sisters. Still going strong, and with plenty of room for possible continuations!
