Gah... I knew when William rode up and there was like 4 mins left in the Audiobook that Diana was going to end the book the way she did. Doesn't make me happy about it... But I'll just have to deal until the next book comes out.

Good. I always enjoy the series. It just seems strange to me that there's no real plot in this mammoth of a book. It's a string of small events, obviously all setting up for the next book, with no central theme of its own. I wonder how long we'll have to wait for the next book to see where all this is going? Seven years of waiting for this one only to find it's all a set up for more waiting! Still, it was a thorough pleasure to catch up with everyone on the Ridge.

I love this series.  This book could be a stand alone,  but you'll want to keep reading.
