I read this book before it was edited and I enjoyed the story. When Amanda moves into a creepy old house with her parents she's not happy. She has to leave all her friends behind to live in the middle of nowhere where she knows nobody. And it's always raining. To make matters worse, she's convinced that the creepy mosaic on the door in dining room is moving but nobody can see it but her. Is she going crazy?
I didn't really know how the book was going to end, which is always fun, because most of the time I find myself accurately predicting the twists, turns and ending. This was not one of those.
If you enjoy a good mystery with a little paranormal, this could be the book for you.
