this book was confusing. the poetry is in the style of haikus, but it’s not always a perfect haiku. i like the nature imagery in the blue text, but the green text was so confusing, that i found myself skipping over it. it also didn’t quite take you through a journey, it was more like each page or so was a different idea. but i love some of the quotes i took away. here is one: “Afterglow - the graveyard path winding out of a gold maple’s shadow”. EPIC QUOTE. here’s another: “Talking of old times - a blur of starshine in the field pond”.
