Thanks Netgalley for a copy to read and review.

Definitely a sweet read! Finally a really enjoyable romance that just sweeps you off your feet. I'm fast becoming a fan of this author due to her really unique ideas, and fast paced novels that are pretty great without being cheesy. This book is definitely in my top five this month. Kelsey Kyle has big dreams living in Vegas and she concierges for a Romance author only to be tangled up in him. Five stars.

This is a page turner. The best contemporary romance novel I've read this year. Kelsey and Micah have undeniable chemistry and I loved their characters. This is a love story of a famous romance writer and his concierge during his stay at a hotel in Vegas. Both are wary of the opposite sex but decided to take a chance on each other, not a good idea considering how busy Micah is with his book and how Kelsey can lose her job if their affair becomes known at the hotel. Her carrier will be in danger.

Kelsey is very good at her job and she happens to enjoy it too. She is the best in her hotel and whenever there is any difficult guests in residence she is the one who handles them. This time though things she might not be able to deal with the situation without getting hurt. Her job is simple to keep the guests happy. Sometimes it isn't as easy as it may sound. Some guests just ask for the impossible things. Right now she is dealing with one such guest. The problem is that this time her heart is on the line as well...

Micah is an introvert. He likes to keep to himself which isn't easy considering that he has hoards of fans every where. That is a con of being a famous romance writer. As much as he loves his fans it is not easy for him to spend one on one time with them. as long as he has a script he can stick to it's all good but as soon as things get real he becomes nervous. But this time Kelsey is there to help him. She has become more than his go-to girl and now there might be more at stake than just his comfort...

A beautifully written romance novel, this is a must read for all book lovers.

I love the premise of the this story!! I mean you can't go wrong with a sexy, sweet story about a romance writer and the woman who catches his eye but is keeping a stupid secret that could break his heart and ruin the idea of love once and for all.
Micah was a perfect blend of awkward and confident. I can totally appreciate a guy who isn't a super cocky manwhore but also isn't an inexperienced nerd who suddenly finds the hidden sex god within because of a woman. If you add in the fact that he writes romance novels for a living, Micah is exactly the type of man women want for real, which makes him a perfectly written book boyfriend.

A perfect addition to this series of standalones that take place during the Romance Writers conference in Las Vegas this story was sweet with very little angst and the perfect amount of heat. It was a fast paced, light-hearted read that put a smile on my face and, for that alone, it gets my seal of approval.

I've never had any desire to go to Vegas, but this series might just change my mind :)

Her Secret Lover is a fun and sexy story with a touch of sweetness. Though it did feel like Kelsey and Micah moved a bit too quickly at first, especially given the forbidden nature of their relationship, I soon got swept into the story and forgot all about my initial misgivings. Kelsey was especially great at helping the sometimes-awkward-around-fans Micah to deal with the pressures that a reader's convention brings on authors--I loved the scenes where she drew him out of himself and helped him to show fans his best side. Darn, that girl was good at her job--and at knowing her customers.

Of course, she got to know Micah a little too well... Though that worked out for them. And for the reader ;)

But I have to say--super-fan chick was beyond creepy. Hopefully Ms. Covington didn't get that bit from real life, because ugh. (shudder)

I'm definitely going to have to get caught up on this series--ASAP!

Instant love, easy read. Male romance writer, Micah Holmes, falls in love with Kelsey Kyle, his personal concierge but of course the path to true love is never easy. Story kept me entertained and intrigued until the end.

This is my first Robin Covington novel and I found it very enjoyable. This isn't insta-love, but it does happen quickly. Kelsey is a great character. She found a job that she loves and is surrounded by great friends. She is working to advance herself at work and is given an unpleasant task. Micah is every hero he's ever written about. He's struggling between doing what he's always done or forging a new path that he really wants to take. He and Kelsey have a fun meet-cute. They just seem to hit it off from there. They both seem to think they want to be in a temporary relationship, but their emotions tell them otherwise. The ending was very satisfying. I look forward to reading more from this author.
