My favorite non fiction book of all time! Fully got me into the genre and I'm so glad for it. The foot notes add a bit of humor and lightheartedness that's missing from a lot of the genre.

I’m more of a history person than science but this book was still interesting enough for me to understand the general ideas. However, the part I enjoyed the most and helped up its rating was the epilogue - it was beautifully written and took on a much more reflective tone than the rest of the book.
