En algunos momentos se me hizo un poco pesada (la expedición a Mona, sobre todo) pero tiene otros muy buenos. Además, Claudia Enica es un gran personaje y una muy buena adición a la serie.

Much like the second in the series, a dull set of descriptions sliced between extremely fast paced battle scenes. A fifty fifty split.
Ridiculously detailed historical research has gone into this, which is why I give it 3 stars instead of 2. Ends abruptly as the last 2 chapters are a glossary and historical note from the author

Superb end to trilogy
An excellent final book for this series written by an expert on the Romans which gives us details on day to day life in the legions alongside a gripping plot.
