This was a very raw and emotional read! Tapping into the mind of a young lady that suffers from such severe depression and anxiety that her whole life feels like one huge battle to NOT end it all. Jude thinks that she is weak, but to have lived with all the wars going on in her head for as long as she has, she needed someone to notice and tell her that she was stronger than she believed! And in comes Rian. The salvation she didn't think she deserved, and he didn't scare away easily! This book had me in tears and gave me chills. The dynamic between these 2 from the first time their eyes meet is so welcoming. They both just seem to get one another with just a look in the eye. This was just such an awesome read.... maybe not for everyone due to the sensitive nature.... but definitely something I would recommend people read!

This is unlike most stories out there. You get to experience first hand what anxiety & depression can do to someone. If you have never been there you will find it hard to connect with Jude & her story but for any of us that have the pain is real. I am so glad Jude got her happy ending and understands that it is a fight to continue living despite being in a good place those dark days can come back at any time. This story lives up to its name it is Jude's attempt at honesty.
