It was very confusing, to say the least. I can't explain it well without going into details, but it was like we're reading the same story in different parallel universes. It was interesting but I didn't know what whas happening most of the time. And then in the last part we just kind of...erase what happened in the previous 3/4 of the book? Very confusing. But it was alright. I enjoyed it.

First of all, thanks NetGalley, E.Lockhart, and RandomHouse for the ARC.

This story deals with some serious topics like depression, addiction, and being a teenager. However, it's still written in an easy light way. I believe the idea behind the book was to show how the same situation can be perceived in different ways. Not the less, I didn't care much for it. I did enjoy Part III which was the revised story.

I really liked the style of this book. How we were shown what happened in the various parallel universes. I also liked how the story evolved.

The concept was unique but at times confusing and then pointless in the end because Jack didn't even matter. I loved her relationship with her brother and their healing process.
