What can I say - her theories are stretched and convoluted and require conspiracy at multiple levels even her logic caves when it doesn't work in his favor nothing that is earth shattering here nor particularly insightful

I absolutely loved this. I was a big fan of the podcast, Serial, and an even bigger fan of Undisclosed. I wasn't sure what to expect with this exactly, but it was everything I wanted and more.

One thing I really loved was this book puts the events of the case in chronological order, starting all the way at the beginning of when Adnan met and became friends with Hae. Which was great for me because both podcasts jump around in time a lot.

You don't need to have listened to either podcast to enjoy this. It definitely holds up on it's own. I highly recommend to people who are either big fans of the case or have never even heard of it.

Liked that this gave much more insight and info than we got on Serial and the ID show. It's crazy how corrupt the police were and how Adnan could have been convicted. Prayers that he gets his fair chance at getting his life back.

I guess it’s time to give up on this book. I loved Serial, but this book is weighed down by minuscule fact after fact. It’s too long for the way it is written.

I like Rabia a lot, and she has written a very complete account of Adnan's story, with many more details than have ever been heard on the various podcasts about his case. I hope that this case can eventually be closed successfully with the correct person behind bars, whether that be Adnan or someone else.

I don't know what to say. I give it 5 stars because I didn't want to stop reading. I wanted to know more more more. I listened half the time and read half the time. Hearing Rabia narrate it herself was fantastic. I really enjoyed listening. It's hard to give a book like this 5 stars though, because it is not a happy read. It's sad, it's heartbreaking, it's devastating. I just sat here saying out loud, "how could this have happened?" over and over. My mouth literally hanging open in shock over things.

I've listened to the podcasts and I've read many of the blogs about Adnan, but this book does give us more. There are details and parts that I didn't already know and there are more details about the parts I did know. If you aren't sure if you want to read it because you think you know all the details already, go ahead and read this. I think you'll be happy you did, in a devastated bittersweet way.

I will continue to follow Adnan's story until he is free and home where he belongs. Thank you Rabia, for sharing this story with us. #freeadnan

Excellent writing about the unfortunate story of an innocent kid"framed" for murder of his ex-girlfriend. Rabia writes a very engaging narrative about the series of events around Adnan's conviction and the still unfinished attempts to prove his innocence.

Man this book is awesome! I have been following this case since Serial discussed it but Rabia puts all the information together. I also love how Rabia discusses her thoughts and feelings.
