See those suspenders… do you see those? Yea I should just leave this review there.

The love story- divine

The smex- hot

The plot - dramatic and fulfilling when resolved.

The ending omg thank goodness because I was about having palpitations as to what was gonna happen to my Elliot in her Sophomore year.

“You’re our sunrise and sunset and everything in between, Peaches."

What a finale. this was the first series I've read by Leila James and she did *not* disappoint.

I loved how much Elliot's character grew throughout the series. she is such a strong character and I really enjoyed reading about her. and the men were the same way. I loved them all (altho Cannon is my favorite)... altho they did start to get a little annoying in this one? everytime there was an issue they immediately thought it was their fault and were panicking about that. and I'm not complaining about that exactly? but just that it felt like a switch in their characters that I didn't really enjoy... if that makes sense? I still love them, I just got a little annoyed.

anyways, once again, I was hooked from start to finish. I loved how fast paced it was, the spice was hot and written really well. the way the reveals and plot twists were dropped had *my* jaw dropping. I definitely recommend this series if you're looking for a fast-paced, academic setting, initiation style plot, with several plot twists and is RH/WC that starts out as MFMM and moves to MMFM in book two

I was so excited to read this one, and now I'm sad it's over! I read the entire book in one sitting, happily ignoring those around me.

This book picks up right where book 2 (Cannon) finished, and the drama doesn't let up until the very end. The relationship between the four has faced many challenges, and now, all their secrets are revealed at long last. Elliott finally gets the answer to her biggest question, and it's not what you'd expect.

Intrigue, suspense, confessions, revelations, spice - this story seriously had it all, and I just could not put it down. This series has quickly become one of my favourites, and I wish I could read it all over again for the first time. I can't wait to read more from this author!

In each book, we learn a bit about the pasts of the three main guys in this series. Kingston's sister, Cannon's medical condition and his childhood, and in this book, we learn about Archer's dark secret. Each of the traumas the men went through, Elliott has gone through similar or can at least sympathize with. It helps to bring them that much closer.

Since this is the last book of the trilogy, we finally learn Will's fate and who's behind his disappearance, as well as who was leaving the notes for Elliott, trying to scare her out of the brotherhood. The answers aren't obvious, which is perfect for those who like to be a bit surprised!

I was briefly disappointed that a couple of things weren't touched on by the end of the book, but there's a bonus epilogue you can get when you subscribe to the author's newsletters that does give us the closure we didn't get!

Overall, I rate the series five stars. There's plenty of spice, mystery, and drama. I recommend this to anyone looking for a good academy romance!

Genuinely wasn't expecting to like this series as much as I did. But I did. Also Archer is just my favourite.

This series was so good! So many twists and turns and I was honestly really surprised by the ending! I made so many guesses throughout the first 2 books and I was wrong on about everything! Definitely one I’d reread to catch the details I missed the first time now that I know the ended. Lots of great spice!

‘Archer’ is the final book in the Brothers of Hawthorne all series.

I so very much enjoyed this series. The readers along with the characters got answers to long awaited questions. I was so happy to see Elliot finally get the closure she had been searching for all along; which was her reason behind joining the brotherhood in the first place but along her journey she found three bonds with three different men yet all who seem to love her unconditionally.

From the very first book this series had captivated me, I didn’t want to put it down (but reluctantly had to at times 😭). The characters as all amazing a loved how each of them has their own strengths and how they each pull on their bonds to strengthen themselves individually and united collectively.

The relationships in this books became even more evolved and further with the backstories becoming bore apparent and developed too. One of the things I enjoyed most about this authors writing is that with other reverse harems sometimes the author might favour one love interest more than the others, yet Leila James made sure to include each of the love interest in everything. You would never find one characters stories/backstory/development lacking in favour of another. It was a refreshing take to have each book dedicated to revealing more on each of the love interests.

And this was present in Archers books too as we were able to know more on the events that led him to where he is and the trauma he’s been facing alone. We got more of an understanding of the sweetheart that is Archer. His character is a protective of his found family which is showcased throughout the whole series. But it was good to have the last piece of his puzzle revealed… even if it was a heartbreaking one, yet haven’t they all been?

Overall, I fully enjoyed reading this series. I’ll be sure to check out more of this authors work in the future.
