Nora is a doctor in Boston who gets hit by a pest control van while crossing the street to pick up a pizza. This is funny. Then as she returns to consciousness she hears her boyfriend and ER doctor flirting with a new resident. So she takes a leave of absence to go home - Scupper Island - where she has not returned since she graduated high school early. Her niece, Poe, has moved in with Nora's mother and they set about reuniting. Part of it is funny, part of it is serious. I enjoyed listening to it.
