I don't know. I realized after I had read this book it were a author biography which made it weird.

I liked the art in this comic, its nicely done with the three colours that stays consistent during the whole book. What I didn't like was sadly the story, it was allot. I do think some could have been cut from the book. I find it hard to write a review of a book about someones real life.

Took me 2 hours and 41 minutes to read.

I really wanted to read this for a long time and now that I’ve finally gotten to, I wonder why I wanted to read it in the first place.

The attribute that really stands out about this work is the illustrations. No color necessary, the art evokes beautiful symbolism and serves the story well. I felt pretty meh about the actual narrative of the book.
A first love is a beautiful thing, passionate, magical, and inevitably fleeting. It just wasn't all that deep to me, and frankly a little cheesy. I was really let down by the ending. This probably appeals heavily to "atheists" (gnostics), but the exploration of the philosophies of life felt pretty shallow to me. It's too bad, he would've been a great religious thinker.
