This story made no sense.  I didn’t read book 1 but really had a hard time understand what was going on and why.

I have this huge crush on Luna. Lara Croft and Wonder Woman be d***d. Stand aside for Luna Santillan. This woman is amazing! And that jewelry! I'm super jealous. I think when Harrison said Luna was his hero was one of my favorite parts!

I have been curious about Harrison Everhart since meeting him in Fall for Me, his youngest brother Hunter's story. He is the oldest and the deadliest. But he has a big heart and a quirky sense of humor. He loves all his brothers and the Beesley sisters fiercely. But he was also a bit of a mystery. I loved getting to know him and watch him fall in love with Luna. It was wonderful watching this tough man who never planned to fall in love again meet his match; a woman his parents would have loved.

As I said above I just loved Luna. From their first interaction to every one after I couldn't help loving her. She was fierce and independent. But she also had a heart of gold and a lightness to her that made everyone love her. She had her own demons that she was determined to figure out. It just took Harrison and his heart to help her figure them all out.

My only issue was that it took them FOREVER to finally have sex. Granted I don't just read books for those naughty intimate moments. They just add to the thrill of the story. But in this book I could feel the build up. There was so much sexual tension and moments interrupted at just the perfect time. I just loved it!

I look forward to the next book. I have a feeling Scott and Hazel are in for a wild ride.

The moment I started reading this book I fell in love with the story and with Harrison and Luna.

They are complete opposites of each other, yet they are so perfect for each other at the same time.
Harrison and Luna are both broken souls. Their pasts both have tragedy in them. Those tragedies have changed how they lived their lives. I loved the banter, the flirting, the tension and just the emotion between these two characters.

Luna is a BA. She doesn’t want just a desk job for the FBI. She wants to be out in the field, despite her father and her brother’s being against it. Yet, she is smart and she can take down any man. I loved her fierceness and that she really isn’t afraid. She has accepted everything in her life. Though, accepting what may happen in the future also caused her to have walls around herself. That is until Harrison. I absolutely loved Harrison, too. He is the oldest of the Everhart brothers and probably the most mysterious. He isn’t the relationship type, but the moment he laid eyes on Luna that instantly changed and there was just something about her he was drawn to.

I love that this story had some action mixed throughout, plus of course more of the Everhart brothers. I love the bond they all share so much and I love getting to see different sides of it from each brother throughout this series so far.

If you’re looking for an opposites attract, military romance this is one to check out.

Harrison is my favorite brother so far!

I’m so glad I didn’t give up on this series after the first book. Harrison is the oldest brother and because of his crazy job he has to be guarded. I loved his mysterious, strong, and intense personality. I fell in love with Luna right away. She is a strong woman who doesn’t need anyone to take care of her.

These two have are so different but also have so much in common! They have both lost so much and have to deal with their pasts in order to find a future. It was so easy to connect with these characters, even though I’ve never gone through anything remotely close to what either of them went through.

I loved how characters from the past book were still included in this story but it can still be read as a standalone. Family, loyalty, and love prevail above all.

Grateful to have received a complimentary ARC copy to honestly review.

It was better than the first. Still took me a while to get drawn in. They are opposite but have a great connection.

Luna Santillan is an FBI agent who is working undercover in human trafficking. She is moving to New York temporarily to try and get an "in" to a certain social circle that she believes will lead her to answers. But Luna also has another reason for wanting to go to New York but she isn't ready to share that with anyone.

Harrison Everhart is a former Ranger who works for a high intelligence private security company with Luna's brother, Santiago Cadero. Tiago asks Harrison to watch out for Luna while she is in New York and help her get the information she needs.

As Harrison and Luna begin to get closer and trust develops between them but will Luna tell Harrison her secret?

This was another great book in this series and another awesome brother!

I really liked Luna and some of the mystery that surrounded her past. She was determined to do certain things on her own but knew she needed an "in" once she got to New York and meeting Harrison and Hazel Beesly helped her.

Harrison was awesome and very protective of Luna right from the start. I liked how he was initially torn between his loyalty to Tiago and his attraction to Luna but it didn't last long.

I was shocked at the information Harrison dug up and the huge twist with everything! I definitely was not expecting that at all!

I hated how Luna felt like her life was cursed and I understood why and I was definitely crossing my fingers that she could break the curse!

The update with Willow and Hunter was great!

The end was awesome and I am glad that Luna made the right choice!

This book was such a great read. I quickly fell in love with Luna and Harrison. I loved how Harrison goes from being a man who doesn't do relationships quickly becomes a man willing to do anything to prove to Luna they belong together. He fights for his chance with her. This is a great love story.

I have been curious about Harrison's story. Their story is better than the first book IMO. I liked that Luna and Harrison are complete opposites. They're kind of similar in terms of how they're two broken souls though. But what they've been through is what makes them strong characters and that they deserve each other. Their connection is undeniable and the love between them is incredible and passionate. And I just loved Luna. Just like in the previous book, I enjoy the brothers' relationships.
