Well, that was amazing. This second part was really a pleasure. The characters are wonderful, I love them all. The story is really intense and damn I loved this universe, full of colors and scents! The end is maybe too hasty especially the war. But I really enjoyed my reading.

I liked it! But...

I’ll say 3.75, 3.8 out of 5 for this one. It was good but the last 100 pages was a bit odd. Random characters seemed to be appear and disappear and it felt somewhat rushed.

The beginning is definitely slow, but I had to rush and finish the last 80% in two days and I enjoyed it for sure!

4.5 stars!
I was a tad... unsatisfied? By how everything was resolved at the end. It wasn't bad or anything, it just felt a bit dampened. It's very hard to explain, because even though it was a good ending, and objectively a happy ending, something still felt.. off. Maybe it was because things happened quickly at the end, then again, the ending was just as fast-paced as the entire series. Again, it's hard to describe. I loved the duology to pieces, but something about this ending just FELT off.

It was way much better the first book than the second! It disappointed me a lot...

The first book ends with hight expectations for the second, but in this one, all gets messy and not catchy enough...
