I cannot believe the book just ended that way.....it was a very slow read for me. Took me much longer than it usually does to read a book. A word of warning....if you read this book make sure you have dead by nightfall the next book. This book definitely leaves you hanging!

I was a bit disappointed to find the real reason Maleah hates Derrick was because she secretly loves him. Once I got past this disappointment, I couldn't put the book down.

This was actually a pretty good read (four stars), but the ending was so much of a cliff hanger that it changed my rating.

Suspense with a bit of romance tucked in... and part of a series. Not sure if the next book is out yet (may check)
